Photography and filming permits
For any reporting on the Academy, its projects and its members, you can film and take photographs in our premises at the Residenz former royal palace complex in Munich. Please note that the filming and photography permit only applies to the interior of the Academy’s premises. The Bavarian Administration of State-Owned Palaces, Gardens and Lakes is responsible for adjoining areas of the Residenz.
Service and forms
You require a free-of-charge filming permit for interior and exterior shoots. Please apply for the permit at least 14 working days in advance using the form we have provided and send it to presse[at]badw.de.
