Digital Humanities

Digital humanities is a research area at the intersection between the humanities and information technology. Digital methods and tools are essential for the work conducted in the Academy’s humanities projects. These include the long-term provision of digital publications and research data in a citable, open access form, the development of digital tools for scientific work, and the investigation of new methods, including those centred around artificial intelligence and machine learning.
